Flavors

All cakes and cupcakes are homemade using only the freshest ingredients from scratch. They are all given careful attention so they come out perfectly for your special day! All cakes are moist and delicious! Please note that not all flavors are available for sculpted cakes. Some flavors, such as carrot, are too moist. Cupcakes can be covered in frosting only, or frosting and fondant (marzipan). If there is a flavor you would like and we do not offer it, please let me know and I will try to accommodate you. I am always up for trying new recipes and flavors (kitchen tested prior to your big day, of course)! All cakes can be filled with fresh fruit or filling of your choice, such as Chocolate Cake with Chocolate buttercream, fresh raspberries and strawberries. Another delicious flavor combination is Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Buttercream, filled with fresh strawberries and toasted almonds.

Chocolate Ganache- A delicious, shiny, thin layer of intensely flavored frosting. Perfect for chocolate cakes and cupcakes not covered with Fondant (marzipan)
