My classes are fun, affordable and you will go home feeling like a cake crafting master! Whether you are looking to start at a basic level, or have a Cupcakes & Wine party, it will be an exciting time for beginners of all ages. Basic Skills Class-
This class goes over how to split, fill, layer & crumb coat a cake in preparation for the fun part-decorating! This basic skills class should be taken prior to taking the fondant class. You will also learn how to properly load a piping bag with couplers and tips, Piping flowers and writing decorative lettering on cakes.

Fondant Class-
This class will help you take the fear out of working with fondant. I will teach you how to knead, roll out & cover your cake. You will also learn the basics of coloring your fondant and many other tips! We will also learn a technique called “quilting” to give your cake the “wow” factor. You will impress your family and friends with the finishing touch of lovely fondant flowers on top!

Gumpaste Flowers-
Have you ever seen the beautiful realistic sugar flowers and wondered “how do they do that?” Well, now you can have others wonder how YOU did it after this class! You will learn how to make an elegant, realistic calla lilie, a red rose, and cute daisies. You will also learn how to make realistic leaves with and without special tools. This class is a must for all serious cake decorators!
£40.00 plus supplies-This class is limited in size due to attention to detail that must be given.

Cake and Wine/Tea Parties!!!!
How fun would it be to get a handful of your friends together for a fun cake party! You invite your friends and supply the wine/tea, I come and supply the cake and everything else needed to have one heck of a party! Your guests will go home saying that was the most exciting, unique, social gathering they have ever been to! And on top of having a successful party, they will all go home with their masterpiece to show off to their family and friends!
The party will be your choice of each guest decorating either a 9” round cake, or a plate of cupcakes! Each guest will have their choice of vanilla or chocolate cake. (Additional flavors may be made upon request for an additional charge).
Cake parties are fun for kids as well! Give your child and their friends a birthday party to remember!
Cake parties start at only £10 per person. Discounts are given for parties greater than 10 guests.

If you are new to decorating and cannot at this time purchase your own supplies, I have several tools in stock. Depending on the tool you need (such as rolling pins, ball tool); I may be able to lend it to you during class session.
